Finding Text in InView
You can perform a text search on the contents displayed in InView. Simply type the text you want to find into the Find Text box and press Enter. What happens is that Logicle Secretary will highlight matches in yellow. Also, Logicle Secretary will tell you how many matches it has found by saying something like “1 out of 3” in the Find Text box, which in this example means that it has found 3 matches.

The current occurrence is highlighted in blue (remember that the other occurrences are highlighted in yellow). You can click on the up or down buttons at the right of the Find Text box to go to the previous or next occurrences of the text. When Logicle Secretary says something like “1 out of 3” in the Find Text box, it means that we are currently at the first occurrence. If you click the down button again, the Find text box will now display “2 out of 3”.

When you are currently at the last occurrence, then clicking on the down button will bring you back to the first occurrence. This wrap-around behavior also happens when you are at the first occurrence and you click on the up button.
To find some other text, just edit the text in the Find Text box.
